Angelica Medina, the current queen of Royal Beauty Organization, Inc. has been appointed as Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2009.
Angelica, 19, is a psychology student and is a native of Vega Baja.
Supposed to attend the Miss Intercontinental 2009 pageant, but due to the organizer's recent acquisition of Miss Earth franchise, Angelica was "promoted" to attend Miss Earth 2009. A lot of Boricua (Puerto Rican) beauty pageant followers welcomed this development.
The entry of Angelica joins Maja Jamnick of Slovenia, as the only two blonde delegates in the Miss Earth 2009 roster.
Angelica is a part of the Green Fashion Miami fashion show held in Miami last 25 March 2009 which makes her a familiar face to some.
Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2009 delegate is described by her fans to have a beauty that is sweet and sexy.
Angelica appeared in the cover of Imagen recognized as Puerto Rico's #1 fashion and beauty magazine.
